i want to lose weight fast
im 16, 5′4 and 170, i really want to lose weight, i feel so insecure my weights keeping me from doing things like going to the beach with friends and stuff and im tired of missing out! so i’ve been running 30 mintues everyday and drinking a protein shake everyday (sincee im vegetarian) and eating really healthy for the last 3 weeks but ive only lost 5lbs should i keep doing what ive been doing, will more weight loss kick in? or do i need to up my exercise or something? btw im looking to lose 40lbss overall, healthily of course
