is there any way i can tst if i have ADD and OCD with out going to the doctor?

i took a couple test on google, but i don’t know how accurate they are. they both said i had ADD and OCD, but i jkust want to be sure. it really seems and feels like i do.

Both of those are over-diagnosed so be weary of the results. You don’t want to go through life using those things as an excuse. However, lots of people do have those conditions and need a little bit of help. Your best bet is to go to a professional.

If you have a family doctor then make an appointment with him/her. How old are you?
