What do you do to cheer yourself up when the last few days have SUCKED? - Help.com

What do you do to cheer yourself up when the last few days have SUCKED?

I’m not depressed or anything, just frustrated and a little pissed at the world lol. It’s like when it rains it pours. This seems to happen to me about once every two months. Everything just seems to go wrong. So, what do you do to kinda shake yourself up and avoid the pity party?

Do something that makes you happy. Like eat your favorite food or go to a movie (preferably a comedy).

i tried that yesterday. then i woke up this morning to more issues…i think it calls for a bigger solution. I feel like staying in and not going outside just in case something terrible happens lol.

We have a magic commodity over here in the States and it’s called Haagen-dazs and it comes by the gallon too! lol…cheer-up! Things will turn-up In the mean time, tell someone a good joke or find one for yourself. That always helps too. God bless!

think about all the positive in life. :) think about all the good friends/family you have. if you keep thinking positive you’ll eventually feel a lot better.

All I know is that my last week has sucked; and just finding one person’s ear to make bleed listening to you and getting their advice or them telling you to just blow the heads off every person that pisses you off helps me out a lot. lol You should find a friend that you can talk to, some one you know can make you feel somewhat better. And if there isn’t anyone, you can log into the chatroom on here and interact with others there. I’ve noticed that people in there a usually always up for a good time.
