theres just scars there now..
but i mean.. what if they do it again.. i dont know what there thinking

i agree.

The person does need help though. Maybe if it’s one of your close friends you could sit down and talk to him/her. Get them to vent to you and talk to about why they cut. Don’t judge anyone who does this though, that will not help.

I know someone who is a cutter and I feel that being there and trying to help her get her feelings out to me instead of through a blade helps her to not resort to it. She also sees a phsychiatrist which is recommended. Also if you can get the family to help with emotional issues, it may help reduce the urge to cut.
