I don’t know anything except that if you ever need to vent, rant, or just talk to someone, you can come to me, cause I’m in the same situation meself.

just private message me or something and i’ll tell you my EMail or my AIM or something, cause everyone needs someone to talk to.

Try going through some old photo albums and think of the good times you had.
think of the type of person you was then and compare that to the type of person
you are now and see what’s changed.

It’s anxiety.

You feel fear about doing things and you keep retreating from them until you shut down. The more you retreat, the stronger your fear becomes about doing anything.

The only cure is action. Reach out to people again. Reach out to new people, Walk, run, swim, bike. Fill your life with action. Regain your confidence that you can go out and do things.

You’ve spent a long time making your fear stronger by avoiding doing things.

The good news is you can retrain your brain. Break things down into tiny steps. Do each step. Commit to the step, do it until you succeed and feel relief. Then use that experience to move on to the next one.

Motivation comes out of commitment. Once you commit to things, you find ways of making them happen. You persist until you succeed. Then you feel good and you move on.

As long as you avoid things, avoid commitments, struggle half-assed through stuff to get it over with instead of searching for what you really can get out of it… you will remain fearful. It gets worse if you don’t change how you live. You can end up with obsessions, paranoia, hiding in your house, avoiding people.

Being sociable comes from reading how to do it, then practising it with everyone.

Being successful comes from commitment, persistence, and enjoying the achievements… even if the actual activity doesn’t seem that important, what is important is that you committed and achieved. You created discipline in yourself, something you can use for your next goal as you move toward what you really want in life.

But the only way to find what you really want is to try lots of stuff, meet lots of people and adjust your path based on your experiences.

don’t hesitate. You’ll just start saying “tomorrow” every day, and I HATE that word.
