eat more fruits and vegetables cut down the amount of food you eat that way you are putting less calories into your body. after you eat you need to burn off more calories then you just ate. try setting a goal for yourself.

1. playin football
2. Swimming

i think these are best because u dont get bored doing it all day
3. tension & thinking a lot negative things about urself … :D

It comes to a couple things

Exercise. Burn mor calories than you eat

Eat healthy. Cut down fatty, carbohyydrated and calorie infested foods.

Also, DO NOT EAS PAST 6 OR 7 AT NIGHT!!! This always helps because you metabolism slows down at this time.

Eat bigger in the morning, medium during lunch and SMALL at night and make sure you exercise between 45-60 min per day. And that is heart pumping cardio
