Okay, I’m in the seventh grade and not doing so well.

Math and Science are my biggest worries. I failed Science first trimester and came really close in math. Second trimester came and I went up a bit in Science, but stayed borderline in Math. I’m really afraid that I failed the seventh grade and am really anxious. Can you go to summer school for failing Science? Can you get left back?

first take a deep breath and calm down, the next step is to think about anyone who can explain these hard subjects on you and you understand their explanation.

I think if you had a good tutour you wouldn’t get these result (plus your efforts as well )

If its only one or two of your subjects I dont think they will hold you back.

Depends what kind of student you are - usually if you’re one of em trouble maker types, causing havoc and running amuck, they will hold you back.

But if they see that you do try, they will do their best to work something out for you. Yeah, probably summer school.

Don’t worry too much about it - people learn at different speeds. I couldn’t do math for **** in Grade 7, I’m actually not bad at it now.

They will probably work something out for you, kid. It’s alright.

you can’t get hold back hun. only until high school you’ll be able to be held back. you may have to do summer school but it’ll only be for a few weeks. just relax hun it’ll all be fine, whatever happens is too late to change. you can only learn from it and try harder next year. all the best.

Have you been assigned a counselor at school ? if so sit down and tell him/her your worries hon, the important thing is that you don’t let this escalate and get out of hand, the school would much rather you seek help, than leave it.
Talk to someone at school, everything will be ok, its great that you are concerned, and willing to write here for people to help you. ))hugs.

Well if you fail you have to not only go to summer school, but also fill in for the janitor all summer and clean every toilet in school. If you fail 4 times, you become the lunch lady. Trust me, after years of doing this, I suggest you study.
