On a jet - YES. Making your own wings and jumping off a building - NO. Flying on drugs - NO.

On an airplane- most of the time. Just be careful flying over water.

Making your own wings, or trying to hook yourself to a kite- NO!

The most dangerous part of peoples live is driving in cars (Unless your a mob boss or something) and flying is safer then that, so if your willing to get in a car I’d say yeah its perfectly safe.
