Masturbation!

When i was going through puberty (11/12 year old) i would on average masturbate 4 times a night somedays especially at weekends this could be anything upto 8 times (I know mad).

About the age of 13 i had start to calm down to about 1/2 a night.

Age 14 about 4/5 times a week.
and was the same upto 16

Now im 17 i have been masturbating almost every day about 2-4 times a night like going through puberty. Its kind of weird as im still having as much sex 1-2 times a week maybe more if i go out at weekend but this much isnt it some kind of a addiction or is it just normal?

Sometimes masturbation helps, but if you get too used to it, it can become an addiction as you said. In that case, you won’t just stop doing it the very moment you decide not to. However, it is possible, just try doing it fewer times each time and entertain yourself with some stuff you like
