I can’t stop cutting!

I”ve been tryin to hold out all day but its just got me even more messed up! I finally gave in and it felt sooo much better! Something is seriuosly wrong with me! I honestly like doing it! I sound like such a freak!!! I need help

It sounds like you’re in pretty deep. It will take a lot more than will power to get you out of your current situation.

You’re addicted and you know it. But you also know that cutting damages your health and really only provides a temporary and dangerous satisfaction.

You should seek professional help, sweetie. See a psychiatrist, a social worker, or a psychologist. They can help you far more then any of us can.

The internet is a crap place to get help. Take some initiative and go and see someone. In the meantime, just try something a little safer like sqeezing an ice cube in your hand or something.

the internet may be crap but so is everything else. I am seeing a psyciatrist and a therapis am on medication. Nothing helps its like i’m unhelpable. I just need someone to talk to. I cant take this anymroe!! agrrg
