Maybe…but the way I learned it was that you multiply first, and the first calculations are put in parentheis…so you would multiply 6 times a number that is unknown (x), so it is 6x’s plus 10.
It’s the quotient though, not the product of 6 and x. Also, parentheses aren’t necessary due to order of operations.
