How do you not get angry in a conversation?

What do you do when you want to keep calm in a conversation that gets heated or repeated or anything that gets you mad?

This will be a little ironic for me to say considering some of my other posts but…I always find ending the conversation and sleeping on it always helps…if not that then breath deeply or just tell the person you need a minute to think.

The main thing to do is use your self control and make sure you get out of the conversation before you say something really offencesive or upsetting.
