Trying to figure out my path at 53.

Many years of success and I know that their is more to life. I am having some problems deciding if I want my own small business. Or, should I go back to work that economy is so strange more money won’t hurt anything…

53…well have you traveled yet…ridden a motorcycle…flown a plane…..challenged God to see if he exists…loved deeply…scared the heck out of yourself….taken risks where you dont know the outcome..eg left your comfort zone…lived in another culture…written a book.

Just a few thoughts …Good luck mate…I,ll pray God brings new life into your life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Start a small business. The economy is tough now but if you have a good business idea. Why not?

My grandfather started a cloth business during the Great Depression and it was very successful as people were resorting to making their own clothing.

It’s not that I am afraid. I am very adventurous by nature. but, I am embracing my creative self and trusting myself to go with it. It is so new that I am presently having my first art exhibit, I just have not arrived to my complete comfort zone…

Take one thing at a time, be humble, and do what you feel inspired to do and you might be surprised with yourself.

i started a small business 2 years ago - and guess what? I’m about to go bankrupt. Nothing wrong with the idea - just got the timing wrong. Ah! If we could all see into the crystal ball….. any, my point:Yes I have challenged myself and lived on the edge. I have travelled the world, lived in different countries, had 3 children, lost a son, had cancer, divorced 2 husbands…. but I have learnt that the gifts in life are my children/friends…. they are who comfort me when I am down, give me joy and grief and all those other “feelings” that make me know I am alive.

Tomorrow is always another day - and tomorrow I will walk along the beach, one step at a time and see what the tide brings in.

The adventure is eciting isn’t it?
