PLEASE help me help her!

My best friend is having a lot of difficulties right now. I haven’t known her for more than a year, but I really do NOT want to lose her. She says she feels like she has no control and she is afraid of what she might do, and I need help on how to help her! I have limited people skills, so i’m having difficulties coming up with ideas…Can anyone tell me how i can help her regain control???

Be there 4 her.
But understand this is too big for the both of u to deal with.
Is she depressed?
cutting?
panic attacks?
How bad?

Where is she living? Is it her enviroment or experiences that has made her like this?

She has a relationship with this ***** that i hate, but she cares for her and doesn’t want to lose her so i tolerate her. but she is always getting yelled at by her and she’s always been calm and allows the yelling(which is soo not right!) but this time is different. this time she fought back for herself which makes her afraid of her reactions and i just want her to feel in control of herself again so that she can be happy!

amelia-she doesn’t cut herself, she doesn’t drink it away, but she’s having a panic attack and needs to be alone and she might become depressed(i really hope not tho:[ ).
Her family is nice, so it isn’t home, but her experiences are a yes. She’s got so much drama in her life and she’s always getting blamed and trying to be the peacemaker and i think all of the build up is what made her break

you should sit with only her and have a talk with her..talk about (with her) what makes her feel better and what makes her feel bad. once she points these things out..then you should help her avoid the things that she feels she cant control or is controlling her..help HER find her problem..that way she can deal with them.just ask her at what points she feels good and as if she can control herself..and then ask her at what point she feels out of control..and then help her find a way to deal with it

:)

She needs to see the light. Stand well clear, dont get caught in the middle.
Be brutally honest with her.
Say u care for her
fear for her
and are there 4 her no matter what.
But dont think this relationship is good for her soul
and because of that u have to stand to the side for a bit

it sounds like she needs to know that someone will always be there for her. no matter what. most people expect that from their families because families are, in a way, obligated to feel “unconditional love.” the best thing that you can do for her is just to always be there. if she needs someone to talk to when everyone else, despite her good intentions, is turned against her. and she needs to know that there is at least this one constant in her life. don’t try to tell her what she needs though. just always be there if she does need you.
