I’m In Mexico now and I’m on Vacation.

I come back in 27 days And I want to be thin by then. I weigh 125 pounds. I want to at least weigh 110. Since I’m extremly short. Im not that big but I’m pretty chubby and especially my thigs. How can I achieve this goal

Do it at least 5 times a week for an hour. Drink lots of water (bottled) and eat lots of veggies.

Yeah I’m not driking sodas.

Ill try with the snacks and the junk food. Its especially hard with all the great food here you know.

Yeah. Maybe if you did a lot of sight seeing and touring and shopping and stuff it would take your mind off food
