Greeetings-

Outlook 2003 flipped out on me when it comes to remembering my email account passwords. Yes, I do check the the box to remember my password (both in the email setup dialog and the checking email popup dialog). Yet every time I check email, the popup password request my password again. Something got corrupt, but I don’t know what or where.

Can anyone help? Thanks, Steve

maybe your anti-virus program is preventing it

Thanks,

I tested it w/o Kaspersky Anti-Virus on and still no good. Do you know if the password keeper in Outlook is in the registry or a file?

Steve

Umm I don’t use outlook myself. Sometimes your anti-virus will automatically erase all passwords stored.
