feelings help: pick some flowers that have good scent - Help.com

pick some flowers that have good scent

but only those that smell really really good
collect a few of each
smell it often during your trip
you will feel better whatever the situation is.

i just packed mine into a piece of paper and whenever i feel a bad feeling creeping on my stomach or my brain i just smell it and it all passes.

amazing.

Scent is so under rated - totally agree that a lovely, comforting smell can make you feel really good :)

Smells evoke such vivid memories.

I hope you remember your ex girlfriend warmly

I plant the flowers around my house for scent, not beauty. It makes me feel great to come home and smell them, no matter what the day was like. A big white honeysuckle vine covers an old basketball pole near the drive, pots of rosemary and scented geranium on the deck. A big lavender I brought into my house for the winter. Common thyme near the sidewalk. Antique roses and sweet black eye susan, a native perennial with scented leaves. Everyone should have them!

that is a wonderful idea,
i would keep that in mind when i have my own house.
