No offense sorry.

okay, 1. shoes won’t affect the calories unless they are deliberately heavy (which will seriously screw up your feet)
2. there and back is a very, very long way :P
3. Please talk in joules, I am a physics student, and calories are an illegitimate measurement. Joules is the standard unit (SI unit - like metres (how far light travels through a vacuum in (forgotten) seconds), kilograms (one litre, or 10 cubic centimetres of water, but being replaced by the weight of one pure silicon crystal(pure sphere, occurs at set dimensions due to molecular properties. very, very complicated), etc), for energy, and is soooo much easier to calculate than calories.
