Pc problems Help me please

When I’m turn the pc on it do a bit time on and it comes a blue screen then it turn off and doesn’t turn on again, and it do the noise of the CD Drive and the light it turn on and off and keep going like that, and after I turn it off and give him a bit time and I turn it on again it turn on but after a bit it do the same problem
Any one can help me please

ok, so you say you hit the power button, unit comes on, u get a blue screen the it shuts off right? is there any text on the screen or iss it blank?

yes it was blue screen with white text and there was it write a problem has been detected..etc i did not write it all beacuse it surn off.

ok, now first of all, exactly how long does it take for it to give the error reort, and does anything else, even the monitor warming up ( green light comes on ) happen before that?

Yes along time ago not many it happend before but not all the blue screen only.

no i mean how many seconds does the computer run before flashing the error and shutting down? it’s probably a bad hardware device, idk what but if i’m thinking right it’s probably the video card .. how old is the computer and who makes it?

now i check the C:// and the Motherborad if it have somthing wrong and its doesnt give me errors.
