hiya I need help ill start from the top, me and my family ended up moving into a house in texas with 2 other roommates.

the lease was only for 6 months. so basically from jan.1 09 to jul. 31 09, if my roommates have decided that the last 2 months they werent gonna pay there bills or there rent. what can i do, i feel like im getting screwed over in this deal not only from them but by the legal system as well. some one please help ive already called the cops and they said they can do anything about it.

only pay your share no one elses explain to the lease holder that your the only on paying and tell him if he wants the rest of the cash then he should get it from the other tenants

this is the best way to go. if the landlord tries to tak you to court or anything the judge will side with you… unless you have a really b*tchy judge lol
