There’s a crossover between DC comics’ Hitman and Etrigan that wasn’t in any of the Hitman novels - it involves a $2,000,000 hit and the slaying of someone called Merlin. Could anybody tell me:

a.) which comics this story appeared in, and

b.) where I can get them?
