I just got grounded from a phone call from my dad because I forgot to do something that he asked.

It’s summer and everyone in my family is working so I’m home alone. When my parents get home I won’t be able to use the computer so I need replies quick. The reason I didn’t do what I was asked to do was because I’m severely depressed. I can’t talk to my parents about it because if I try to I won’t be able to get the words out. I need someone to talk to.

If you need someone to talk to, I’m here.
Never give up okay?
Try talking to your parents and explain that you have been feeling down lately, and that you might need some medications. Then maybe they’ll understand, and take away your grounding.

I just remember that there’s always something better coming my way in the future. No pain is ever completely constant.
Also, I’ve found that helping people out and talking to people helps a lot more than you think :)

Be satisfied with what you have. Embrace yourself (all of you) and find out what your made of. And love.
