Did you change your graphics settings? Higher resolutions will make everything appear smaller.

On a pc, right click somewhere on your desktop and choose ‘properties’. Then go to “settings” and lower the resolution. See if that fixes it.

1024 x 768 is where mine is set, and that makes everythign easy to see, but is good enough for photos and such.
