Well, are you just being lazy?

Drink more water. Consume less carbohydrates; consume more protein and walk/stretch every day. Once you start to see results, you’ll just keep going because you’ll feel better.

But you have to put in the effort first. It doesn’t take special foods or pills or surgery, just some self control and lots and lots and lots of water.

This is what I like to keep in mind when I think about over eating: one of the biggest problems is that we (as a continent pretty much)consume WAY too much. Like a disgusting amount. We just stuff our faces and eat way more than we need just because we can. It’s selfish and glutenous and completely unnecessary. Its an extremely bad habit and it makes us sick, fat and produces more garbage than we can afford to get rid of. Why don’t you keep that in mind.

Let me guess.. you’re 5′3″ and 120lbs right? You have no idea.. the crap that just came out of your mouth is part of what makes people such as myself, feel the way we do. I believe people who are obese.. need compassion more then anything. A kind face, and smile, someone to help motivate them. Motivation is the key.. getting the mindset to do something, and having help when that mindset starts to break down. Not someone who is going to look at you and your desires as being, “disgusting”. All I have to say is a little compassion please. We might be “big people.. however we are people too”, and sometimes we’re people with bigger feelings then anyone might ever know.
