How can I get my sample reel from DVD to computer?

Right now, my sample only exists on a DVD disc, which has my whole portfolio on it. I need to extract the sample reel from my DVD so I can have it as a Quicktime file on my computer. Then, I’d like to upload it online (I already know how to do this, I just need to get the video to my computer) I have a Mac OS

Does anyone know how I could do this?
