How much I should ask from advertisers?

I am going to launch a website for earnings the source of income will be advertisements on my site but I am thinking that how much companies usually pay for advertisements and do I need to hire an employ for this.

You should use CPC (cost per click) advertisements along with analytics to start with; this will give you a good idea of how much of your traffic converts to ad clicks and how much you would make roughly on your eCPM (effective cost per thousand visitors). Once you have a good idea of these numbers, you can start trying to find advertisers who will pay above your eCPM for CPM ads, or given a rough estimate of your monthly traffic, over your estimated CPM
