I really don’t think it will. My friend used to smoke clove’s and her work never said anything when she did a urine test. I think your friend will be okay for the job. =]

I’m pretty sure that unless her place of employment doesn’t like their employees to use tobacco, that won’t be a problem. Cloves are perfectly legal…for now. Besides, cloves are commonly used for cooking as well.
