Blackberry Bold - VERY frustrating

I have purchased my new Blackberry and I simply do not now how to use all its features. For example:

GPS- downloaded google maps, doesnt word. Downloaded ‘where’, doesnt work.

Email- cannot find any applications

My main problem is how do I download applications directly from the phone. This is extremely annoying and I am contemplating swapping it for an iPhone.
I also REFUSE to pay for any applciations.

from the sound of it, i would say you don’t have a data account for it - you might have to take it a cellphone provider store, get a data subscription and have the correct settings installed for it - same is true for an iphone.

if i’m wrong, maybe you can find answers in the manual???

also, REFUSING to pay for applications? you don’t know anyone that works in the development sector and tries to make a living out of it i suppose?
