Why keep YouTube redirecting when I tried sign up?

At almost three years ago, I started to sign up on YouTube I made my own account. Later, when at almost two years ago, I changed my username and I changed usernames so many times. At last year, in summer, my dad changed company from COX to Verizon and I changed my email to Verizon. I got new accounts many times until when at last month ago I noticed YouTube had many new channels and had account add to Google Account I hated this! When I tried sign up to YouTube I couldn’t do it because it kept redirecting and I tried help. When I saw some people on Yahoo Answers said I need to delete all my Internet Options like as history, cookies, passwords, etc I didn’t want to delete them! I wanted to keep them and but how I could sign up to YouTube without add to Google Account and redirecting page? Or I just tried to reopen my old deleted youtube account and I couldn’t do it because YouTube had changed so many things I missed old channels, I was so implusive that I deleted my many accounts. Now, I just wanted to have last chance because now I know better and more mature but YouTube hates me that sucks! It wasn’t fair that my sister had own YouTube account at almost two years ago and my friend, Ashley had own too. Now, I just wanted to be same as them and why did YouTube not accept me anymore? Please help me how to make my new account or can reopen my old deleted youtube account?

Google owns youtube, they share cookies and accounts now, which bothers me as well.
