I am so hurting right now.
My only brother just got engaged last week and they decided to have an engagement party hosted by him and his fiance on the weekend. The reason I am hurting is because he told my mom that they got engaged and asked her to come to the party but neglected to invite me or my dad. He didn’t even tell my dad that he got engaged my mom did about 5 minutes before they went to this party. To be fair, my brother did tell me to come with my mom and dad but only because I was at my mom and dads house about 1 hour before the party started. We have always been a family who gets together for holidays etc… so its not like we never see each other. Why would he do this to me. The bride to be’s whole family was invited. Should I tell him how I feel? or just leave it alone? Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
