Unfortunately both of these features have been disabled until further notice. Looks like you’ll have to stick with your “letter of the alphabet” avatar. You can also Contact us with any other issues you have.

As much as I, like anyone else on this site, would like to be able to change avatars again I’m afraid they won’t have to do something about. From what I’ve heard they couldn’t care less about this site, and I’m beginning to believe that. There is really no other reason for it to have not been fixed by now.

LOL Adiuvo!! Sorry you’re stuck in that outfit!! What IS going on with not being able to change avatars? It’s been awhile now, hasn’t it?

They don’t have to do anything, were all addicts. they could make this site give you cancer, most of us would grumble, but we’d stay.

We’ve tried to mass together and get CBS’s attention… they don’t care about us. We’re on our own.

well i wish thay whold give someone the power to fix it, or atleast dump the chat for a fix.

Yea they really should just give someone else control of this site. We just need someone who knows what they’re doing, and has enough free time, to have access to the files that run this place.

Well I have been trying to contact the heads but I have been having trouble trying to find the email adress to them. On the other hand I kinda like the suit, it kinda reminds me of the big daddies from bioshock.

i hate tose tings, like the hunters in halo, i still can’t belive i killed one of those sukers with a handgun.

Now that reminds me of prototype, there are hunters in that as well. There are three kinds of which two types are actually boss fights but it’s pretty interesting especially with all the things you can do to them, to hurt them.

For some reason alot of people didn’t like it but I thought it was pretty good. Some of the best parts are going undercover and sneaking into enemy bases. There is so much else to do, yes I say you would like it.

We can try to hope that someone will fix it. If not, then in two years, when I get my A+ certification, I’ll go to the CNET headquarters, get a job there, find the lazy sonovab*tch in charge of Help and make them fix the d*mn site.

Of course… there are a lot of variables in that plan….

Yeah… Mine is me, so why would I change it? I made Xeno Dragon, my best friend drew it, and I colored it in photoshop.

On the other hand, I think other people should be able to. I also think everything else the site used to allow should be restored.

I don’t want to change my avatar quite yet, but I think other people, especially new users that haven’t fully figured out help yet, should be able to get their dream avatar. However, I don’t think there’s gonna be much change on this site unless CBS fires helpmod and hires someone that’s truly responsible. Someone that’s actually been on help.com and knows what it’s like to have these kinds of problems on help. But until then, I don’t think much is gonna be done around here :( let this post be a message to CBS and helpmod! YOU ARE LOSING PEOPLE ON HELP BECAUSE YOU’RE NOT FIXING THE PROBLEMS THAT REALY NEED FIXING! you’ve taken way our love for help.com, and new users should be able to experience help.com in it’s golden years, not the deep dark sewer that it is today.

This site has been abandoned. I know of noone who knows how to fix this place.
