I am trying to locate my sister that I have never met.
I have VERY LIMITED information but am hoping someone will have the pieces to be able to help me put it all together. This is what I have….she was born in South Boston, Va in either 1967 or 68. Her mother’s name was Joan Pulliam and was from Clarksville, VA and our father is Howard Bailey Powell. Her name at birth was Loretta Angela Powell but my understanding is that her name was changed during childhood. Last I heard she was in the Pennsylvania area and I am thinking she has a daughter (age unknown) by the name of Angela Nicole?? Please help me if you have any information as she has brothers and sisters that would love to meet her if she is willing.
