Troubleshooting a 2-Stroke ATV!

I recently put in a new spark plug since the other one was carbon fouled, and I haven’t been able to get the ATV started, electrical is fine, but when I pull the cord, it doesn’t even pop when I spray starter fluid in there! It seems to not even try to start. Please help!
