Fairy tales and letter to stranger?

I want to write a girl I met several years ago however, am not sure what to write. I started to write a bunch of stuff, but nothing seemed good. So I was thinking about just written a quote something like, “Fairy tales do come true.”… I hand made aged stationary and am going to draw a fairy on the left side, just have to figure out what to write.
