Hi this is an insight I had today to hopefully help people feeling down in some way.
It is basically this - dont be afraid of the type of creature that you are.
Everyone has feelings of course and I find that I sometimes am aware of mine very often, probably too often. And this is how you get hurt and neurotic about what other people are feeling.
Also, everyone is a type of creature, like some people like to be organised, others are wild, some are competitive, some are romantic… and of course everyone is out to get things done and has acquired skills and so on.
If you are quite sensitive like me it might help to remember this and remember when talking with people and doing things that we all like to assess things and assert ourselves and have fun and so on as well as be aware of our feelings. I guess this is kind of obvious, I just forget sometimes and get a bit emotional, I hope this helps.
