I have to go to court tomorrow morning.

My ex is trying to get our son for 1 month plus another 2 weeks. We have never done this before and our son has never been away from either of us for more than a week! What can I do???

File a motion to oppose him. Talk to legal aid at the court. He cannot keep your son for that long without you being present.
