My ex-BF broke up with me 2 month ago and he now has a new GF.

I have been very sad and keep searching for his update (his and his GFs)everyday from websites many times. Like read his tweet updates etc…I know it is not good for me and I want to stop this “searching for his stuff” thing habit. But I found that I can not help doing it. What should I do? I am so miserable: losing a guy is miserable enough, and now I am getting this bad habit.

You need to move on.
Find a distraction, a good distraction, because that distraction might become a habit. Exercise, sports, reading, drawing, something that you would enjoy.
Set goals for yourself if it’s hard to stop. Try to stop it a little by little.

I agree with emma. Running, hiking, or jogging is a great way to clear your mind. That’s what I do when I don’t want to think about something. Hang out with your girlfriends. That works too :)

Find another guy… you’ll forget all about your old crush.
