dont pick up the fake phone and dont talk unless there is someone in the room?
and tone down the imagination and just keep it in your head :)

Yes….because everybody knows that talking on the cell phone is cool. Although verbally fighting with an imaginary person must be a little challenging…

I talk to myself all the time, and to imaginary people too. I don’t use a cell phone, but I think it makes me deal with issues that otherwise would be left for my subconcious to sort out.

maybe there is a deeper meaning. Do you have a fully enriched social life? Do you have many friends? If not, try to make some new ones. If you ever have the urge to talk to an imaginary person again just call one of your real friends, that should help. It is important for you to be able to distinguish the real world from the imaginary.

I seem to enjoy the imaginary world quite a lot for some inexplicable reason. Perhaps it is because you have the liberty to say what you feel is right, and fantasize the impossible.

They say that inner dialog is a sign of intelligence. You’ll grow out of talking out loud for imaginary people…you’ll eventually learn how to do it in your head!

I’ve also understood this to be true.
