my laptop screen has gone sideways!

!!i have to turn it 90 degrees to see the screen properly!!! does anyone know how to sort this problem???? thanks in advance!!!

if it’s Intel you have the screen rotation turned on,
try hitting Ctrl + Alt + up arrow
