I dont know how to tell him.

So i just started dating this guy. He is pretty amazing. It not all about sex with him and thats what i love. he told me that we can hang out and date and not have sex. so he’s different from most the guys i meet. well i went to the doctors today because something didnt feel right. they told me that i have an std. i started crying as soon as i got out to my car. i dont know how im going to tell him. im scared of the way he will react. im scared to loose him because of this but i know i have to be honest. how do i tell him about my problem? and yet still keep him around?
