Hi, I’m having a bit of a problem.

My Fiance and I have been dating for 3 years and heve been engaged for 6 months. Our relationship has been going through some problems as of late, We were taking care of his sister she is confined to a wheel chair and her and her friend were picking on me and just being a bunch of you-know-whats. They didn’t stop when i asked them to so i asked my fiance to let her know that he will not approve of it and tell them to stop but he said that it is basiclly none of his business and didn’t do anything about it so now me and his sister are not talking now becasue i told them off. The most recent problem is that when i ask him to go for a walk, we live in a little town and there isn’t to much to do here other than walk around and talk or hang out at a friend’s house, he would tell me to go with my sister or just star at his computer screen and say nothing and when i would ask him again he would still say nothing, i have talked to him about this but the only thing he will say is that he don’t know how to talk about stuff like that and get all lovey dovey for the rest of the day then do it all agian the next day. I finally blew up about it the other day and things have gotten alittle better, not much but alittle.

I have this other guy that i know and he is a sweet heart, i work with him and he would ask me when i would come in upset and try to cheer me up, we hang out sometimes becasue a friend of his that i hang out with is friends with him and now that we are hanging out i have developt a crush on him and he has confessed feelings for me as well.

I’m so confused becasue i would like to try to work things out with my fiance but then i would like to be with this other guy as well, i don’t know what to do any advice would be muchly apprciated.

hmm…
Seems to me ‘the man of your dreams Mr. fiance’ has reached the plateau point of thinking that since you two are engaged, “all his work is done”… which is not good.
I really do not know what you should do, because its up to you to decide what you think would be best for your future, remember that its not all about making that significant other feel happy, its also about you making yourself happy and feeling comfortable in the relationship.

What do you think?

Really think about it, because it’s going to be for the rest of your life if you marry your fiance. You might last too long if you do. Hey take your time because once you are living with him he will change, he won’t be the same. Take this advice from a person who’s been married 14 years. Some marriges do last, but just really think about it. Especially if he has a good job or not. I think that is where I didn’t think about it. I was too in love. Good luck

i think that if you have a crush on another man that you cannot fully and truthfully be in love with your fiance. just the fact that you are writing this tells me that you want to pursue things with this coworker you just need reassurance that you are doing the right thing. i know that it is scary to walk away from something (like ur fiance) for fear of losing it for good and being alone if things dont work out with this other man, but honestly the fact that your writing about this has told me uve already made up your mind. i say that you tell your fiance that you want a break. tell him how you are feeling about you and him. obviously this isnt about the other guy u and your fiance are having problems. you know in your heart its not going to work thats why your heart fell for someone else. go for it. whats the worst that can happen? you go back to your fiance and say your sorry? at least you had fun girl!!!!

hi, i’m worte the question. Thanks everyone for all the advice unfortuneatly my fiance broke things off and now there is no wedding. He broke it off because I was annoying him too much to hang out and other crap like that. Good riddance so now me and the coworker are now going through the getting to know each other out side of work and stuff he is sooo much fun and we have a lot of things in common too, who knows we just might make a good couple.
