my bffl has been attached to the same guy for 10 months…

shes been my bffl since last september and i know just about everything that goes on in her life…. theres this guy named Jackson that she has been in love with for at least 10 months…. alll he does is make her in bad moods and good moods and then make her go depressed ive had to stop her from trying to kills herself at least about 5 times…. i dont know how to tell her its time to move on … please help me ….

they have been together 4 different tiomes before… and im scared to say its soon to be 5…. she just needs to get over it!!
