to understand this post, i should fill you in with some background history…

.i used to cut, and i will always have the urge to do so, however small or big that urge may be…same thing with anorexia.

the past week has been really hard, little things are getting to me and all i want to do is slip up…just one cut, and then to stop myself from doing so, i skip a meal, or run on the treadmill for at least 5 miles…i don’t go to therapy anymore, and i don’t want to relapse again.
