You wait until the next time he pees inside then take his nose and rub it into his pee, rub it hard so hard he smells nothing but urine for weeks…guaranteed cure

great idea, and while doing all the above make sure to tell him how much of a devil spawn he is and how you dont love him. (yelling make mommy proud when he goes outside helps a little too, you know positive reinforcement or some sh*t like that) Or like littlenick suggested you could shell out a couple hundred bucks out for some some guy who claims he can talk to the dog (wooooooooooowwww!!!1!) with a mexican accent. (also, me es bueno dog trainer)

Paper train if you have to keep it inside. Start out with the room covered in newspapers and every day make the paper smaller until you train him to pee in one spot. If you live in a house just take it out a lot and when you catch him peeing pick him up and run outside… he’ll figure it out. P.S. He’s peeing on your clothes because you smell nasty.

take the dog out at certain times of the day to go to the toilet. and go at those times everyday. praise them when they go to the toilet out side. perhaps you could brings some treats with you. if they go to the toilet inside then shout at them, rub their nose in it an shout no, and tell them it is naughty or bad. (it is NOT cruel. It is teaching them. you have to be firm and sometimes harsh to show you’re the boss, or they will do whatever they want and become the boss over you) then ignore them for a while so that they know this behaviour is bad. dogs thrive on attention so if they learn that they will be ignored for this bad behaviour they should start to stop. You should try to praise them more often than telling them off though. so then they know what the right thing to do is and so they can change their behaviour to somethig better.

with all of our dogs (all these years), after we give them meals and water we take them outside. after a week or so (depending on the dog really), they start developing the habit on their own especially because they get used to the smell of their pee (and poop!) on that spot outside. so that spot is where they go to to do their business permanently.

again, it really depends on our dog. some of our puppies never learned to but a lot of them did. and it’s the great time to train them while they are still puppies because they digest really fast (like, less than 10 mins after eating/drinking they already need to go to the toilet) so it’s easier for you as well to take them outside for that training, you don’t need to wait too long.

How about a dog whisperer?

Whisper in his ears in a little soft and calming voice “hey, you f***ing disgusting little mutt, you pee in the house again and you will be barbecue for the 4th of July.” And softly let him go while looking into his eyes to let him know that you mean it and won’t hesitate to fillet him!!!! I know if I was your dog that would do it for me!!!

nonsence. Dogs like a den to curl up in and feel protected. They won’t pee where they sleep and they can’t get harmed by getting into things you would never imagine hurting them. A kennel is fantastic and you don’t leave it in there all the time. Once your puppy is comfortable with waiting to go outside using leads of gradually longer length will assist in forming a necessary alpha bond with you.

I just feel like the worst and best answers are one in the same. Please excuse yourself if you are squeamish or in any way sensitive. .22 caliber hole in his skull and he won’t be peeing again what say? I wouldn’t do it myself but my mind works in strange and mysterious ways.

shoving his nose in it? I would get his nose close to it and then spank him and put him outside. It might take a while but soon he will be waiting for you to let him outside.

my mum swears on this method:

next time he pees, immediately soak it up with some newspaper, shove his nose in it and gently spank him, making deep disaproving sounds with your voice. Really sound VERY upset. My mom trained all her puppies like this and NONE of them ever pee in the house now.

good luck!

I’m not really much of a dog expert. The only pets i’ve ever had have been parrots and cats. I’d suggust trying one of these other guys’s ideas and after he starts doing it right, give him some kind of treat after he does it right to give him the idea to keep doing it right. Sorry i can’t be of more help.

When you catch him in the act say “No! Bad dog!” Then send him in a punishment area for ten minutes. Do not send him somewhere where he stays when you are gone because you don’t want to accociate a punishment area with a place where he will be often. Considering getting a doggie door and putting puppy potty training mat outside in the grass held down with some rocks. The puppy training mats have a scent on them that makes them want to use the bathroom on the mats. After a while(week at the least)you should be able to stop using the mats and he will go on his own. The first 5 times he uses the mats, give him a treat. Also the first time he goes outside without the mats. This ensure he knows he is doing something good and will continue. NEVER hit your dog or rub his nose in his own urine. That is considered animal abuse and is cruel. Period. The are effective ways of training a dog that do not involve punishment.

Take him out at a scheduled time everyday. Don’t punish him for mistakes, but praise him for going out. Soon he will realize that is where he is suppose to go.
I have done this with every dog I have had, and even with a small puppy(six weeks old) by the third or forth day, thay are looking forward to seeing a leash, and ready to go out.

This is something my aunt did. Place a few training pads out for just in case accidents, or at least till they get the hang of things. Set up a bell that hangs on the front/back door. When ever your pup goes in the house tell it no and take it to the bell take their paw and make it ring the bell. After a while your puppy should get the idea and do it themselves. Hopefully it will learn to ring the bell before it goes not after. ; ). You can reward your pup for a good job, not necessarily with a treat but maybe a walk or a visit to the park. hope this helps. or at least gives you an idea.
