I need to loose weight.

I’m 14 years old, and I wanna look perfect for HS. Right now, I’d say I’m about 154 poounds. That sounds terrible, but I do not look it. I’m about 5′4-5′5 in height.
I go back to school in August, and I don’t want to be made fun of thank you very much.
What is the best way for a teenager to loose weight in a healthy, but fast way?

for 5′4 you prob wanna go down to like, 130. in a healthy way, you can prob loose the 24 in 3 months. dont do it stupidly just to get it done it time, the weight will all come back eventually. just take it gradually and by november you should be fine. just dont “reward yourself” back for the holidays!

Eat small meals and exercise. Meth works too, the side effects are hell but…

Sports,and balance you diet.
Have a good mood,I don’t think it helpful if you always feel nervious,feel that you under pressure.

dont eat nothign after 6 pm excersize about 30 minutes a day if you do repititions do at least 20 thatll really help

watch what your eat…. whole foods are good when you are watching what you eat. like foods that are those that are unprocessed and unrefined, or processed and refined as little as possible before being consumed. most of the time they do not contain added stuff, such as sugar/salt/fat….so for a meal you could eat plain baked chicken breast and brown rice for example I know a girl who lost ten pounds in a month eating that for one meal a day, cut back on pop and drink lots of water. and of course exercise. just be active …. just be safe how ever you do it! I am sure you are a pretty girl no matter what your wieght is but remember that its about being healthy and not just losing weight, so just be safe

Change your lifestyle and give up certain fattening things. Have an exercize routine.
