I need to loose weight.
I’m 14 years old, and I wanna look perfect for HS. Right now, I’d say I’m about 154 poounds. That sounds terrible, but I do not look it. I’m about 5′4-5′5 in height.
I go back to school in August, and I don’t want to be made fun of thank you very much.
What is the best way for a teenager to loose weight in a healthy, but fast way?
