What do you want to bleach? If it’s white clothes, it doesn’t really matter but the label will instruct what temperature.

You might have to soak it for a bit. Cold water I guess, just be wary that bleach can corrode things.

I have heard cold water helps best, since warm or hot srinks the clothes(causeing the fabric to contract in a since I guess) and if it contracts then it will hold onto the stain harder and it would be harder to get out.

so I have heard. Dont hold me to it.
