Its 5 in the morning and i cant get to sleep, how can i get to sleep the suns already up :(

its ok :)

lots of people here struggle to get to sleep :)

i think the best technique is to wear eye mask, i find this works better :)

you could try to lay in bed, close your eyes and try to think of nothing at all.
no memory, imaginations, images or sounds, no sounds of yourself telling yourself not to think, no nothing, turn off all your senses.

you won’t even remember falling asleep.

that works too, just don’t make a habit out of it,
and consider that not having slept will affect you physically and emotionally the next day.
