Is there an alternative to help.com?
It’s becoming more blatantly obvious that help.com isn’t doing it’s job. Instead, it’s becoming more and more of a social networking site and less of a “helping” website. Oh sure, there might be one or two genuinely helpful posts every once in a while, but for the most part, many threads are being neglected while the same ones are always filled with the same “advice”. Is there an alternative to help.com? One where the MAJORITY (keyword) of the users actually try to help others?
