Will she say yes?

I am planning to propose to my fiance of 5 years tonight. I was planning we go to the 4th of July party, leave for a bit to go watch some fireworks and after the fireworks are done, propose to her, then go back to the party where it is a congratulating party.

Do you think it will work?
