Am always having bad thought in my heart,but am not

a wizard,am always thinking about sex,thinking that am having sex with men and women but am a man,but not a gay,is it because am alway lonely that am thinking all this rubbish?but I tried stop thinking,but I can’t,but when ever am playing football that is the time am always happy,after the game lonely,no friends,no help pls help me Am at the point of death.
